Tom Wooley
Keyboards

Our newest member Tom Wooley began playing keyboards at the age of 12 after hearing Keith Emerson for the first time.  From that point on, it was a steady diet of prog rock, fusion, Bartok, Stravinsky, world and experimental music.  However, his biggest musical influence has been the late great Frank Zappa.  It was Zappa’s eclecticism that taught Tom to appreciate all styles of music.

A veteran of the NJ/NY club circuit, Tom has played with original and cover bands too numerous to count over the years.  He is a graduate of Ramapo College with a degree in composition, and manages a world-renowned music store by day.  His free time is spent primarily with his wife and two daughters. When time permits, Tom continues to compose, and do session work.  He is also a rabid NY Jets fan and season ticket holder.  Go JETS!!!!
